1. Logistics Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on import shipments and to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Ensure smooth and efficiency of overall daily logistics operations.
  • Reporting all operation jobs to immediate superior on a weekly basis.
  • Insurance claims
  • Monthly and Yearly stock take
  • General business administration.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Preferably with accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical, good communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge in custom regulations, incoterms, custom duties and tax stamps
  • Required skill(s): Excel.
  • Required language(s): English, spoken Mandarin an added advantage
  • Positive attitude, service oriented, meticulous and able to function under minimal supervision

 

2. Direct Sales Executive(retail)
Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell within region of Malaysia to meet and exceed sales targets,
  • Visit existing and identify new customers within region of Malaysia.
  • Identify and contact prospective customer and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads, customer's feedback, and information on competitor activity to inter-department so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer's demands.
  • Establish sales plans and reports to Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Posses own transport
  • Willing to travel and enjoy meeting new customers
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

 

3. Direct Sales Executive(corporate)
Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell within Klang Valley to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Visit existing and identify new corporate customers within Klang Valley.
  • Identify and contact prospective corporate customer and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads, customer's feedback, and information on competitor activity to inter-department so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer's demands.
  • Follow up quotation status, payment issue and meet delivery schedule.
  • Establish sales plans and reports to direct superior.

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate/SI or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.

4. Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:

  • To work on print / publication design projects that effectively communicate and enhance the corporate brand of our growing list of international clients. Experience in multimedia web design / production would also be an added advantage.
  • Communicate closely with Sales & Marketing Directors, buyers and suppliers to coordinate details of design from initial concept to selection of design, printing, colors and accessories.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Preferred Skills(s): Production, Multimedia
  • Preferred Language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
